Celebrating Arboretum Excellence

Celebrating Arboretum Excellence
The Mississippi State University Crosby Arboretum in Picayune received the 2016 Garden Excellence Award from the American Public Gardens Association. Only one U.S. garden is selected each year for the award, which recognizes a commitment to supporting and demonstrating best horticultural practices. The MSU Extension Service operates the arboretum, featuring more than 700 acres dedicated to research, education, and preservation and 104 acres reserved for cultural, scientific, and recreational programs. Learn more about the arboretum at here.
